Phones and emulators

Use the official custom-region import

Android phone or tablet
Open Among Us once and reach its main menu, then close it fully. Return here and tap Open in Among Us. Approve the prompt and select this server in the region menu.
iPhone or iPad
Open Among Us once, close it, then use Open in Among Us in Safari. iOS can reset custom regions after a normal relaunch or update; repeat the import if the server disappears.
BlueStacks, LDPlayer or MuMu
Open this page inside the emulator's browser after Among Us has reached its main menu once. Tap Open in Among Us. If the emulator clears app data or the game updates, repeat the import.

Troubleshooting

Fast checks before you retry

The region is missing
On Windows, confirm the file is exactly regionInfo.json and is in the LocalLow Among Us folder. On mobile or an emulator, repeat the import after launching the game once.
The connection times out
Confirm the status at the top says online, use the current public game version, and try a different network. UDP 22023 and the authentication port pool must be reachable.
I use EHR
EHR runs only on the Windows host's PC. Connect this region from the same game installation, then host normally. Other players use their regular clients; real gameplay compatibility still depends on matching supported game and EHR versions.
